There are a lot of factors to consider in making an informed real estate investment decision. Some of the key variables would be cap rates, market and submarket trends, demographics, pricing, and property type.

Perhaps the key to that question is the word "informed". At ExchangeWorks, our mission is to match the right replacement property to each clients goals and objectives through education and teamwork. A prospectus outlining the details and risks of the investment is provided and discussed for each property seriously considered, and questions that arise are addressed. We feel it is vital for clients to both understand the investment and be comfortable with their decision before moving forward. We work hard to provide the tools and education to assist clients in making decisions.
